What we believe.

Our values are not a statement of intent. They are the standard behind the decisions we take on every engagement: which work we accept, who is in the room, and what we say to a client when the evidence contradicts the expectation.

We publish them so that our clients can judge us by them.

Rigour

Put the number before the idea.

A recommendation is worth the evidence behind it.

Before we recommend, we measure. Every conclusion is presented with the data, the assumptions and the degree of confidence that support it. When the evidence is not there, we say so.

Candour

Say what the evidence says.

We owe our clients the truth, not comfort.

The hardest finding is presented first, to the person who has to decide on it. When a project should not go ahead, that is what we recommend, even when it is our own.

Follow-through

Stay until it works.

A strategy has value only once it is executed.

Every recommendation has an owner, a deadline and a metric. Our work ends when the change sustains itself without us, not when the report is delivered.

Seniority

Whoever proposes, delivers.

Experience cannot be delegated.

The partners who present the proposal are the ones who lead the engagement, from the first day to the last. Clients know from the outset who is accountable for the work.

Independence

Advise without an agenda.

Advice is only useful when the adviser gains nothing from the answer.

We sell no software and represent no vendors. We keep an independent perspective in every recommendation, including when it reduces the scope of our own work.

Five commitments to every client.

  1. Whoever signs the proposal leads the engagement to the end.
  2. Every recommendation is presented with its data, its assumptions and its degree of confidence.
  3. We say when a project should not go ahead.
  4. We sell no software and take no vendor commissions.
  5. We measure results with the client's finance function.

If you share this way of working, let's talk.

A first conversation has no cost and ends with a clear view of whether we are the right team for the problem.
