Privacy notice: AIMM Pulse

This notice explains what Torque Consulting does with the information you give when you complete AIMM Pulse, the short AI maturity assessment on this site.

Who is responsible

Torque Consulting is the controller of your data. Contact: contact@torqueconsulting.eu.

What we collect

  • Your answers to the eight questions and the result computed from them.
  • Your company profile: sector, type of company, revenue band and role.
  • Your name, work email and company, which you give to see the full result.
  • If you request a Pulse Review: your preferred timing, format and any note you add.
  • Technical data: browser type, the campaign link you arrived from (UTM parameters) and the date and time of submission. Site analytics are cookie-less and aggregated.

Why we use it

  • To show you your full result.
  • To arrange the Pulse Review if you request one, and otherwise to contact you once about your result. No newsletter, no automated marketing sequences.
  • To produce aggregated, de-identified statistics on AI maturity (for example, the share of companies at each stage by sector). These never identify you or your company.

Legal basis

Your consent, given with the checkbox on the form (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing already carried out.

Who processes it for us

  • Supabase (database, hosted in the European Union, Frankfurt).
  • Vercel (website hosting and server functions, configured to run in the European Union, Frankfurt).
  • Each provider acts under a data processing agreement. We never sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Contact details and answers: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. De-identified statistics may be kept longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@torqueconsulting.eu. We answer within one month. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
